MRT (Mediator Release Testing) can help you pin point exactly what your food sensitivities are, which then allows us to follow the LEAP dietary protocol to assist your body and immune system to calm down and symptoms to improve and/or completely resolve.
What does that look like? Let me show you. I completed my own MRT test so I will share my results!
As you can see, I am VERY reactive and sensitive to cow's milk. And moderately sensitive to quite a few other items. With following the LEAP protocol, I would then be able to construct a diet that consists of the lowest reactive foods, which will allow my body to heal. From there I will be able to strategically introduce items back into my diet and monitor for signs/symptoms of sensitivity, removing those that have noted issues.
